Our motto is "Every Sato Counts".  For more than 10 years we devote all our resources and time to promote the Puerto Rican Sato's worth, a culture of care and respect for all life and, the values that ensure that we'll eradicate our street dog and cat's problem on the island.  The following programs help achieve our mission.
