Cancellation Policy

PR Animals Reservation Policy Thank you for choosing a PR Animals Experience with Purpose. Every reservation directly supports the care of rescued animals and our compassionate education programs throughout Puerto Rico. Reservations All experiences require advance booking and are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from PR Animals. Payment Payment is required as indicated during the booking process. Any selected add-ons will be included in the total reservation cost. Changes & Cancellations Reservations canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund or one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the experience may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), are not eligible for a refund. If PR Animals must cancel due to severe weather, animal welfare concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling. Arrival Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Experiences begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss part of the activity, and sessions cannot be extended. Animal Welfare & Safety The safety and well-being of our rescued animals is our highest priority. Participants must follow all staff instructions and interact respectfully with the animals. PR Animals reserves the right to modify or limit any animal interaction if necessary to protect the animals or participants. Children Children are welcome when permitted by the specific experience and must remain under the direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian at all times. Photography & Media Photos and videos may be taken during experiences for educational and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify our staff before the experience begins. Weather Many experiences take place outdoors. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, PR Animals may reschedule or cancel the experience to ensure the safety of guests and animals. Right to Refuse Service PR Animals reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation without refund if a participant behaves in a manner that places animals, guests, volunteers, or staff at risk.
