Protecting our satos during

Tropical Storm Ernesto

The storm is approaching and we are making all the preparations so that our satos are protected during the bad weather. Our sanctuary has outdoor cages, for that reason we move all of our rescued animals inside the main property which is quite secure.

However, some of our most fearful and sick dogs need to be at the vet to be monitored. One of those who will endure the storm at the vet is Lucy. She came to Hacienda Los Satos because her guardian died and she remained alone in the house for months, being fed by the neighbors. She is a very good dog, but she needs to be monitored because she tends to get scared and run away. At the vet we are more confident that she will be fine.
